Roof, balcony or gutter joint leaking again?

PandaCoat UniBase MS Fiber is a fiberglass-reinforced, single-component liquid waterproofing membrane. Thicker and tougher than standard UniBase MS, making it ideal for the trickiest spots: joints, chimney bases, gutters and other details where you need a reliable, thick coat with no risk of leaks.

UniBase MS Fiber benefits

Fiberglass-reinforced - Fiberglass strands increase the coating's strength and crack resistance – reliable sealing even at heavily stressed or awkwardly shaped points (joints, corners, chimney bases).

One-coat solution - The thicker consistency often means a single heavy coat is enough – apply with a brush or roller straight onto the surface, no primer needed.

Weatherproof in any conditions - Once cured, the membrane resists UV rays, rain, standing water and temperature swings from -40°C to +80°C.

Solvent- and isocyanate-free - Odourless, safe to use both outdoors and in enclosed spaces.

Coverage 1.5–1.8 kg/m² - Made in the EU to strict quality standards.

What it is

A single-component, liquid-applied waterproofing coating based on MS polymer (silane-modified polymer), reinforced with fiberglass strands. Cures with atmospheric humidity into a flexible, strong, fully waterproof membrane. A thicker, stronger version of standard UniBase MS – built for detail work and areas needing extra reinforcement. Colour – grey.

Application

Avoid applying in rainy weather. The surface must be free of dust, grease and loose particles; old, flaking coatings must be removed. Joints and cracks should be pre-sealed with UNIBASE MS PASTE sealant.

Apply UNIBASE MS FIBER with a brush, roller or spray equipment in 2–3 coats. For demanding areas – joints, corners, chimney bases, solar collector mounting points – it's recommended to embed a non-woven polyester geotextile (60–120 g/m²) between coats to reinforce mechanical and crack-bridging properties. Allow 2 to 48 hours between coats, depending on conditions. Once cured, the material can only be removed mechanically.

Coverage: recommended minimum 1.5–1.8 kg/m² (1.1–1.3 L/m²).
Curing time: 12–24 hours, depending on ambient conditions.
Not suitable as a directly exposed layer in swimming pools.
